Texgen

I've decided to release my procedural texture generator. It's under development and some features don't work yet.

It only supports images of 256x256 size and saving in BMP format only.

So far only OSX binary is supplied but I will upload Linux and Windows builds soon.

Hopefully someone will find it useful.

Planned features:

- power-of-two texture sizes

- saving in PNG format

- save dialog (my GUI library doesn't implement it yet
